Delivery and Returns


Standard UK Courier Delivery is £2.99 for orders under £40 or FREE if you spend £40 or more.

Standard UK Courier Delivery orders are sent on a tracked service with A signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise your order will be returned to the depot. Organisation of re-delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

During busy periods delays may occur. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the event that an item is sold out and your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, providing you with the option of back order, exchange or cancellation.

Our delivery service covers most UK residential addresses with individual postcodes. Caravan parks, camp sites, holiday homes and PO boxes are excluded.



European Delivery is £8.95

Deliveries to Europe are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and take between 3-5 working days to arrive.

All European orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise your order will be awaiting collection at your local post office.

No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen parcels.



If you wish to return an item from your order, you must do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are ordering from the UK please contact us on We will provide myHermes prepaid slip. Please use this to post the item(s) back to us. Non-faulty items being returned from outside the UK – excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland – are returned at the customer’s expense and risk. We recommend in all cases you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel should go missing.

Faulty or damaged items

If you have received a damaged item, you must return it to us before we can replace it or refund you.

Processing Returns

It can take us up to 21 working days to process a return although we aim to do this within 3 days of receipt of the item(s).


In order to exchange an item, you must return it in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us on so we can provide myHermes prepaid slip. Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you obtain proof of posting.

Orders which are returned from outside of the UK for exchange will be subject to additional delivery charges to cover the cost of sending the replacement items out again.

If we receive your item outside the 30 day period, or if the product does not reach us in saleable condition, a voucher for all or part of the purchase price may be issued at the discretion of Milulu Ltd., redeemable within thirty days although we are not obliged to do so.
